  • William Vitacco Associates, LTD, a leader in Building Code and Zoning Law, is seeking experienced Associate Project Coordinators and Project Coordinators. This is a full-time remote position coordinating with clients and the DOB for approval, permit, and sign-off. Applicant should have a working knowledge of the DOBNOW with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    The Associate Project Coordinator must possess the following knowledge/skills sets and experience:

    • Multi-task in order to coordinate a large number of projects

    • Ability to work as a team with other departments within our organization

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Proficient in Adobe, MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

    Preferred but not required:

    • Industry knowledge

    • DOBNOW familiarity

    • Experience with NYC building codes, zoning laws, and/or expediting

    • A Class 1 or Class 2 DOB ID

  • William Vitacco Associates, LTD, a leader in Building Code and Zoning Law, is seeking an experienced Certificate of Occupancy Assistants. This is a full-time remote position coordinating with clients and the DOB for inspections, approval packages, PA permits, sign offs. Other duties include assisting with CO form preparation, research, paperwork coordination, and meeting with DOB examiners and project advocates. Applicants should have written and verbal communication skills.

    The Certificate of Occupancy Assistant must possess the following knowledge/skills set and experience:

    • A four-year degree from an accredited college or university or a Class 2 ID in good standing and relevant experience

    • Multi-task in order to coordinate a large number of projects

    • Ability to work as a team with other departments within our organization

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Proficient in Windows Programs, Adobe, MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

    Preferred but not required:

    • Industry knowledge

  • William Vitacco Associates, LTD, a leader in Building Code and Zoning Law, is seeking experienced Certificate of Occupancy Coordinators. This is a full-time remote position responsible for all aspects of coordinating, tracking, and obtaining ICOs, TCOs, Final COs, and PA permits. Other duties include problem-solving, identifying all items needed for ICO, TCO/CO, attending DOB meetings with borough commissioners, training CO Assistants, and inter and intradepartmental cooperation and assistance, as needed. This is a full-time remote position coordinating with clients and the DOB to obtain application approvals, review plans for compliance with NYC building codes, and research and obtain records from City agencies. Other duties include collaborative management of all alterations and projects, as well as intra- and inter-departmental assistance, as needed. Applicants should have written and verbal communication skills.

    The Project Manager must possess the following knowledge/skills set and experience:

    • A four-year degree from an accredited college or university or a Class 2 ID in good standing and relevant experience

    • Multi-task in order to coordinate a large number of projects

    • Ability to work as a team with other departments within our organization

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Proficient in Windows Applications, Adobe, MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
