Jackie Vitacco began her journey with WVA in 1988 where she worked closely with the company's founders, William R. and Frances Vitacco. Through their mentorship, she learned the necessary skills for engaging clients as well as strong leadership and managerial talents.

With this experience, Jackie went from a client-facing position to developing integral systems and processes—actively utilized by the organization—to leading an ever growing company as the Chief Executive Officer/Co-owner. Jackie takes tremendous pride in facilitating the evolution of our WVA family through the many changes in the industry.

Through integrity, dedication, and teamwork, Jackie has cultivated and maintained a positive and productive work culture where we value our staff, clients, and products. Her decades of dedication and leadership helped to bring WVA to its current status as a highly respected industry leader.
