Joe DeCeglie attended Pratt University where he studied Architecture. From his studies, he became interested in the legal aspect of this industry and came to work at WVA in 1988. Over the past four decades, Joe became familiar with all aspects of the permitting process and continued to help the organization grow. Joe continued his education by completing courses in Building Code Compliance and Handicap Law applicability from IDC and NYU.

As the Senior Partner of WVA, Joe's main responsibilities include initial code and zoning consultations with clients as well as developing filing strategies for renovations and developments of varying scales. Joe also manages a portfolio of projects ranging from renovations to new major developments for residential, community facility, and commercial properties. Joe is available at all phases of the project to meet with you and your team to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
