Mark DeCeglie joined WVA in 1998 with an educational background in Business Administration. With years of experience, Mark possesses a strong ability to guide clients through their needs at the Department of Buildings.

Mark personally gets involved in all phases of the business from initial zoning and consulting through obtaining Certificates of Occupancy for various projects. He has developed an excellent rapport with both Commissioners and Plan Examiners and possesses a thorough understanding of the zoning resolution and building codes applicable to New York City.
